Already ordered?

After payment, fill out the intake form (about 10 minutes) using the same email you paid with. Your due date counts in business days from payment, or from when we receive your completed form if that comes later. Your package arrives by email.

A STAYWORTHY charge on your card

That's us. It's a one-time payment for a listing package ordered on getstayworthy.com: $29, $79, or $149 for a Listing Tune-Up, or $99 for a New Listing Launch. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and a receipt is emailed to the address used at checkout. If you don't recognize a charge, email us before contacting your bank and we'll sort it out.

Changes after delivery

Each package includes one free revision, requested within 14 days of delivery. Reply to your delivery email and tell us what you'd like changed.

Refunds

If your package isn't delivered by its due date, you get a full refund on request. You can also cancel for a full refund before work starts. After delivery, refunds are at our discretion. See our Terms of Service for details.
